Ingredients
  

Ibérico Wagyu Pork Ingredients
Homemade Gravy Ingredients
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 2 - 3 cups Chicken or beef broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Iberico Wagyu Pork (Hanger Steak)
  1. Season with your favorite rub
  2. Let rest in the fridge for an hour
  3. Sear over very high heat for 3 - 5 minutes per side. My grill was 600 degrees
  4. Let rest for ten minutes
  5. Slice against the grain
Homemade Gravy
  1. Get your sauce pan hot
  2. Add your butter to melt / turn golden brown
  3. Add 2 - 3 cups of chicken or beef broth
  4. Add 1.5 cups of flour
  5. Salt n pepper to taste
  6. Whisk together
  7. Pour your gravy over your steak and mashed potatoes!
