Crunch Wrap Supreme

Method
 

  1. Start by seasoning your griddle with olive oil
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef - use your spatula to cut and chop up
  3. Season with your favorite taco rub - I used some premade seasoning in my draw but anything works
  4. For the tortillas here is a tip - heat in the microwave for 10 seconds to get it hot and prevent cracking
  5. Lay out your ground beef on top of the tortilla
  6. Add some queso (store bought or homemade)
  7. Crack a hard shell taco in half and use that for the crunch
  8. Add some salsa (again store bought or homemade)
  9. Add some shredded lettuce
  10. Shredded cheese
  11. Sour Cream
  12. Another soft taco
  13. Then wrap all edging over each out (follow video below)
  14. Place back onto your griddle for roughly 4 minutes per side or until golden brown
  15. Cut in half and enjoy :)
