Cheese Shell Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Chorizo Sausages
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 handful Shredded Cheese

Equipment

  • 1 LoCo Cooker
  • 1 Knife

Method
 

Cheese Shell Tacos
  1. First start by dicing your red onion
  2. Slice and take off the casing to your chorizo sausages
  3. Heat up your LoCo tabletop griddle to 400 degrees
  4. Throw your chorizo on the griddle and chop off using a metal spatula
  5. Once fully cooked take off heat and add your cheese
  6. Add a handful of shredded cheese to your griddle and cook both sides for roughly 3-5 mins or until it becomes a solid shell
  7. Then add your chorizo to the cheese shell and gently fold into a taco over your chorizo
  8. Pull off all tacos from your LoCo griddle and rest for 5 minutes or until shells are harden
  9. Once harden add some cilantro and red onions
  10. Dip in BBQ sauce and enjoy :)
