Breakfast Burger

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • ΒΌ cup Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 2 handful Scallions
  • 2 egg Eggs
  • 2 buns Brioche Buns
  • Bacon Slices
  • Cheese

Equipment

  • 1 Griddle
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting Board

Method
 

  1. Start off by griddlin' up your bacon until fully cooked
  2. Next take half of your ground pork and season with everything bagel seasoning
  3. Roll in a burger patty and place to the side (repeat for second patty)
  4. Dice up your bacon into bacon bits (try not to cut your finger like I did)
  5. Defend your food from flies with your salt gun!
  6. Next get your griddle super hot and add your patties
  7. Once fully cooked take off and rest while you cook your eggs sunny side up
  8. Start assembling your burger by adding your toasted bun
  9. Burger patty
  10. Bacon strips and bacon bits
  11. Egg
  12. Scallions
  13. Bun and enjoy :)
