Bourbon Pork Tenderloin Sandwich
If you like bourbon and pork, you're gonna need to try this

Cook Time 45 minutes mins
Pork
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 6 tbsp Bourbon Barrel Steak Seasoning I used "craft spice blend"
- 1 Handfull Shredded Lettuce
Bourbon Glaze
- ¼ cup Your favorite Bourbon This recipe comes from Overthefirecooking.com
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Butter
Pork
Preheat charcoal to 400 degrees
Place tenderloin on grill. Rotate every 2-4 minutes
Pull off when internal temp hits 165
Bourbon Glaze
Pour ¼ cup of bourbon into basting skillet and simmer for 2-4 minutes
Pour ¼ cup of maple syrup into basting skillet
Add 2 tbsp of butter
Pull off of heat and stir :)
Once the butter has melted the glaze is finished

The bourbon flavor is strong at first but settles down into a nice sweet finish after a few chops
