Bacon Weave Torpedo

Ingredients
  

The Bacon Weave
  • 12 pieces Bacon
  • 1 pound Ground Pork Sausage
  • 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 12 slices Pepperjack Cheese
  • ½ Kielbasa

Equipment

  • 1 Smoker
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Super cool knife

Method
 

Bacon Weave
  1. Start by laying 6 pieces of bacon horizontally
  2. On ever other piece of bacon, fold up and lay a piece of bacon vertically - Refer to photos for a visual :)
  3. Now you should have 6 pieces of bacon horizontally and 6 weaved together vertically
  4. Take your ground pork sausage and flatten covering the entire bacon weave. It should be roughly 12 inches by 12 inches
  5. Sprinkle your everything bagel seasoning on
  6. Slice your cheese and place onto ground pork sausage
  7. Cut your kielbasa and add in between the cheese
Now the hard part - the roll
  1. Roll your bacon weave into a torpedo
  2. It will be similar to rolling sushi
Smoking
  1. Pre-heat your smoker to 250 degrees
  2. Add your bacon weave to your smoker and insert your meat thermometer
  3. It will take around 4 hours to smoke until internal reaches 165
  4. Let rest for 10 minutes
  5. Slice into 1 inch cuts and enjoy :)
