Bacon Weave
- Start by laying 6 pieces of bacon horizontally
- On ever other piece of bacon, fold up and lay a piece of bacon vertically - Refer to photos for a visual :)
- Now you should have 6 pieces of bacon horizontally and 6 weaved together vertically
- Take your ground pork sausage and flatten covering the entire bacon weave. It should be roughly 12 inches by 12 inches
- Sprinkle your everything bagel seasoning on
- Slice your cheese and place onto ground pork sausage
- Cut your kielbasa and add in between the cheese
Now the hard part - the roll
- Roll your bacon weave into a torpedo
- It will be similar to rolling sushi
Smoking
- Pre-heat your smoker to 250 degrees
- Add your bacon weave to your smoker and insert your meat thermometer
- It will take around 4 hours to smoke until internal reaches 165
- Let rest for 10 minutes
- Slice into 1 inch cuts and enjoy :)
