Venison Tenderloins

Equipment

  • 1 Smoker
  • 1 Foil Tray

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cup Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil

Instructions
 

Marinade

  • Place the Vension tenderloins in a foil tray
  • Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, olice oil
  • Place in fridge for 8 hours

Smoke

  • Preheat your smoker to 225
  • Remove venison from foil tray and place in smoker
  • After 2 hours, remove and let rest for 10 minutes
  • Slice and eat 🙂
