Venison Tenderloins
Equipment
- 1 Smoker
- 1 Foil Tray
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Lemon Juice
- ¼ Cup Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
Instructions
Marinade
- Place the Vension tenderloins in a foil tray
- Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, olice oil
- Place in fridge for 8 hours
Smoke
- Preheat your smoker to 225
- Remove venison from foil tray and place in smoker
- After 2 hours, remove and let rest for 10 minutes
- Slice and eat 🙂
