Ingredients
  

  • ¼ tbsp Salt
  • ¼ tbsp Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Tails Lobster Tails

Equipment

  • 1 Grill
  • 1 Basting Skillet

Method
 

Lobster Tails
  1. Heat your grill up with charcoal, propane, wood
  2. Start by cutting two cuts the entire length of the tail
  3. Peel back black vein and discard
  4. Open each tail like a book so it's nearly flat
  5. Season with just salt and pepper
  6. Now your grill should be heated up
  7. Place the tails directly over the heat for 10 minutes (depending on how how your grill is)
Butter
  1. Add the butter to your basting skillet
  2. Dump in the tabasco sauce (I like to put a lot)
  3. Put basting skillet over heat
  4. Stir until liquid
Time to enjoy
  1. Dump, pour, or dip your lobster tails in the butter and enjoy 🙂
