Equipment

  • 1 Grill
  • 1 Basting Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ tbsp Salt
  • ¼ tbsp Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Tails Lobster Tails

Instructions
 

Lobster Tails

  • Heat your grill up with charcoal, propane, wood
  • Start by cutting two cuts the entire length of the tail
  • Peel back black vein and discard
  • Open each tail like a book so it's nearly flat
  • Season with just salt and pepper
  • Now your grill should be heated up
  • Place the tails directly over the heat for 10 minutes (depending on how how your grill is)

Butter

  • Add the butter to your basting skillet
  • Dump in the tabasco sauce (I like to put a lot)
  • Put basting skillet over heat
  • Stir until liquid

Time to enjoy

  • Dump, pour, or dip your lobster tails in the butter and enjoy 🙂
