Grilled Lobster Tails
Equipment
- 1 Grill
- 1 Basting Skillet
Ingredients
- ¼ tbsp Salt
- ¼ tbsp Pepper
- ¼ Cup Tabasco Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 Tails Lobster Tails
Instructions
Lobster Tails
- Heat your grill up with charcoal, propane, wood
- Start by cutting two cuts the entire length of the tail
- Peel back black vein and discard
- Open each tail like a book so it's nearly flat
- Season with just salt and pepper
- Now your grill should be heated up
- Place the tails directly over the heat for 10 minutes (depending on how how your grill is)
Butter
- Add the butter to your basting skillet
- Dump in the tabasco sauce (I like to put a lot)
- Put basting skillet over heat
- Stir until liquid
Time to enjoy
- Dump, pour, or dip your lobster tails in the butter and enjoy 🙂
