Smoked Eggs
Equipment
- 1 Mini Smoker
- 1 Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Seasoning I used Dan-Os however you can use salt n pepper or anything of your liking
Instructions
Mini Smoker
- Preheat your mini smoker (or any smoker) to 200 degrees
- Place the eggs inside heated smoker
Eggs
- After 2 hours remove the eggs from the smoker and immediately put into an ice bath
- The ice bath will help peel the egg
- Once the eggs are cool to touch, begin peeling them as if there were a hardboiled egg
- After the eggs are peeled, season with your favorite seasoning
- Place back in the smoker for 30 minutes
- Enjoy your new favorite hard boiled eggs! 🙂
