Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Seasoning I used Dan-Os however you can use salt n pepper or anything of your liking

Equipment

  • 1 Mini Smoker
  • 1 Bowl

Method
 

Mini Smoker
  1. Preheat your mini smoker (or any smoker) to 200 degrees
  2. Place the eggs inside heated smoker
Eggs
  1. After 2 hours remove the eggs from the smoker and immediately put into an ice bath
  2. The ice bath will help peel the egg
  3. Once the eggs are cool to touch, begin peeling them as if there were a hardboiled egg
  4. After the eggs are peeled, season with your favorite seasoning
  5. Place back in the smoker for 30 minutes
  6. Enjoy your new favorite hard boiled eggs! 🙂
