Crunch Wrap Supreme

Instructions
 

  • Start by seasoning your griddle with olive oil
  • Add 1 pound of ground beef – use your spatula to cut and chop up
  • Season with your favorite taco rub – I used some premade seasoning in my draw but anything works
  • For the tortillas here is a tip – heat in the microwave for 10 seconds to get it hot and prevent cracking
  • Lay out your ground beef on top of the tortilla
  • Add some queso (store bought or homemade)
  • Crack a hard shell taco in half and use that for the crunch
  • Add some salsa (again store bought or homemade)
  • Add some shredded lettuce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Another soft taco
  • Then wrap all edging over each out (follow video below)
  • Place back onto your griddle for roughly 4 minutes per side or until golden brown
  • Cut in half and enjoy 🙂
