Cheese Shell Tacos are a delicious Mexican dish that can be served as an appetizer or entrée. The exterior is made of fried cheese and the interior is made of meat, vegetables, and spices.

- 1 LoCo Cooker
- 1 Knife
Ingredients
- 3 Chorizo Sausages
- ½ Onion
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 3 handful Shredded Cheese
Instructions
Cheese Shell Tacos
- First start by dicing your red onion
- Slice and take off the casing to your chorizo sausages
- Heat up your LoCo tabletop griddle to 400 degrees
- Throw your chorizo on the griddle and chop off using a metal spatula
- Once fully cooked take off heat and add your cheese
- Add a handful of shredded cheese to your griddle and cook both sides for roughly 3-5 mins or until it becomes a solid shell
- Then add your chorizo to the cheese shell and gently fold into a taco over your chorizo
- Pull off all tacos from your LoCo griddle and rest for 5 minutes or until shells are harden
- Once harden add some cilantro and red onions
- Dip in BBQ sauce and enjoy 🙂
