- 1 Knife
- 1 Cutting Board
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- ¼ cup Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 2 handful Scallions
- 2 egg Eggs
- 2 buns Brioche Buns
- Bacon Slices
- Cheese
Instructions
- Start off by griddlin' up your bacon until fully cooked
- Next take half of your ground pork and season with everything bagel seasoning
- Roll in a burger patty and place to the side (repeat for second patty)
- Dice up your bacon into bacon bits (try not to cut your finger like I did)
- Defend your food from flies with your salt gun!
- Next get your griddle super hot and add your patties
- Once fully cooked take off and rest while you cook your eggs sunny side up
- Start assembling your burger by adding your toasted bun
