Equipment

  • 1 Mini Smoker
  • 1 Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Seasoning I used Dan-Os however you can use salt n pepper or anything of your liking

Instructions
 

Mini Smoker

  • Preheat your mini smoker (or any smoker) to 200 degrees
  • Place the eggs inside heated smoker

Eggs

  • After 2 hours remove the eggs from the smoker and immediately put into an ice bath
  • The ice bath will help peel the egg
  • Once the eggs are cool to touch, begin peeling them as if there were a hardboiled egg
  • After the eggs are peeled, season with your favorite seasoning
  • Place back in the smoker for 30 minutes
  • Enjoy your new favorite hard boiled eggs! 🙂
