Venison Tenderloins

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cup Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil

Equipment

  • 1 Smoker
  • 1 Foil Tray

Method
 

Marinade
  1. Place the Vension tenderloins in a foil tray
  2. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, olice oil
  3. Place in fridge for 8 hours
Smoke
  1. Preheat your smoker to 225
  2. Remove venison from foil tray and place in smoker
  3. After 2 hours, remove and let rest for 10 minutes
  4. Slice and eat 🙂
