Cheese Shell Tacos are a delicious Mexican dish that can be served as an appetizer or entrée. The exterior is made of fried cheese and the interior is made of meat, vegetables, and spices.

  • 1 LoCo Cooker
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Chorizo Sausages
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 handful Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

Cheese Shell Tacos

  • First start by dicing your red onion
  • Slice and take off the casing to your chorizo sausages
  • Heat up your LoCo tabletop griddle to 400 degrees
  • Throw your chorizo on the griddle and chop off using a metal spatula
  • Once fully cooked take off heat and add your cheese
  • Add a handful of shredded cheese to your griddle and cook both sides for roughly 3-5 mins or until it becomes a solid shell
  • Then add your chorizo to the cheese shell and gently fold into a taco over your chorizo
  • Pull off all tacos from your LoCo griddle and rest for 5 minutes or until shells are harden
  • Once harden add some cilantro and red onions
  • Dip in BBQ sauce and enjoy 🙂
