  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting Board

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sausages Chicken Sausages
  • ½ onion Red Onion
  • ½ tbsp Butter
  • ¼ cup Pancetta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 bag Tortellini Pasta
  • ¼ cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 handful Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Expressions Dressing
  • 6 Fresh Mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Heat your LoCo Cooker to 400 degrees
  • Thinly slice your chicken sausage
  • Dice your onions and add to griddle
  • Add your butter and saute
  • Add your pancetta and cook for 3 minutes
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Add chicken sausage and tortellini
  • Add some more salt and pepper to taste and stir around
  • Add peppers, spinach and top with your dressing
  • Add fresh mozzarella balls and cook for 5-10 more minutes
