Medium Rare Steaks

Medium Rare Steaks

There are many misconceptions about the quality of steak. For example, people think that they should order a medium-well steak to get a good quality steak. But in reality, this is not true. Medium-rare steaks have more flavor and are more tender than medium-well steaks.

Medium Rare Steaks are a type of steak that is cooked in a way that the inside of the meat is still pink. The outside can be either browned or slightly pink.

A medium rare steak should be cooked at 140 degrees Fahrenheit for about four minutes on each side. The result will be a steak that is slightly browned on the outside and pink on the inside.

A medium rare steak should not be cooked more than four minutes because it will start to turn into a well-done steak, which is not as desirable as having a medium rare one.
